Phrenos supports the European Parliament Liaison Office (EPLO) in Luxembourg in the rollout of a series of visibility campaigns for the Europa Experience. The objective of these campaigns is to promote the recently opened Europa Experience and the activities it offers, bringing it closer to a wide range of audiences and strengthening its presence across the country.
As part of a wider collaboration covering four visibility campaigns in total in 2025 and 2026, Phrenos coordinates the deployment of digital and large-format out-of-home displays across Luxembourg City and the wider region. The campaigns target high-traffic locations, including transport hubs, shopping centres, and key urban spaces, to reach audiences of different age groups in their everyday environment.
In 2025, our team developed the creative concept, produced multilingual slogans, and oversaw the implementation of the full dissemination strategy for three Europa Experience campaigns to ensure consistent and impactful visibility across all media channels.
These campaigns demonstrate how targeted creativity and strong coordination can support EU institutions in engaging diverse audiences and promoting civic spaces and activities.
