The MULTI-ACT project, funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme, aimed to increase the impact of health research on people with brain conditions, creating and implementing a new model allowing for the effective cooperation of all relevant stakeholders. The MULTI-ACT project final conference took place with a view to showcase the work done and the results achieved over the past years by the project consortium.
